Antibody Discovery

Cyclogenix' phage display libraries contain over 70 billion distinct fully human antibodies allowing for the rapid selection of antibodies with high affinity and specificity. Antibodies are selected and matured in scFv format and can be rapidly configured into IgG or Fab format for expression in mammalian cell lines.

Cyclogenix antibody libraries are available in two forms:

  1. Naïve Fully Human Library: derived from IgM heavy (VH) and light chain (VL) gene sequences from over 20 naïve human donors using peripheral human blood cells.
  2. Naïve Semi synthetic Human Library: designed to optimize downstream processes e.g. CMC, this library is a combination of optimized pairings of human VH and VL families that have been proven to form stable, well-expressed pairings, reducing the risk of instability following reformatting into whole IgG.

Both libraries demonstrate >90% full length VH/VL in-frame scFv offering extraordinarily high diversity for selection against all antigen types to discover functional and high affinity antibodies.
